Ian Corriveau is an associate in the firm’s business law group. His practice is primarily centered on mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing. He also represents and advises clients in the negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts. Before joining Legault Joly Thiffault, Mr. Corriveau had worked for a business law firm where he was involved in domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions. In addition to helping public corporations meet their continuous disclosure obligations, he has also handled several private placements and taken part in initial public offerings and reverse takeovers.
