Raymond L’Abbé heads the litigation and conflict resolution group. An experienced litigator, he practises in the areas of construction law, surety law, and insolvency matters. Possessing an in-depth knowledge and great expertise with respect to the construction industry, Mr. L’Abbé represents various stakeholders in this field, namely contractors, industry professionals, surety companies, and syndicates of co-owners. He also specializes in labour law and acts as a legal counsel and human resources adviser for various corporations, including parapublic organizations. Mr. L’Abbé has published several articles during his career and he collaborated in drafting the civil procedure volume of the new collection of L’encyclopédie JurisClasseur Québec. He has been invited to speak about construction law at several conferences and he teaches at the École du Barreau du Québec.
