Rosalie Plouffe practises in taxation and business law with an emphasis on corporate reorganizations, tax and estate planning and purchase/sale of businesses. Before joining LJT, she worked as a tax agent at Revenu Quebec. Mrs. Plouffe is presently completing a master’s degree in taxation law at Université de Sherbrooke. She is also a member of the Bar of Montreal’s Contests Committee.
