Lyne Robichaud has a unique expertise in entertainment law, namely in the music, show, film and television, advertising, and new media fields. She advises numerous national and foreign corporations in their transactions and regarding litigation involving intellectual property matters. Ms. Robichaud is also specialized in labour law relating to the provincial and federal laws on the status of artists. She represents various producer associations, and in that capacity pleads before specialized tribunals, the Quebec Superior Court and Court of Appeal.
Ms. Robichaud is a member of the Association littéraire et artistique canadienne (ALAI Canada), the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL), and the Association des professionnels de l’édition musicale (APEM).
