Daily Duties of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Fill in for the receptionist: Answer phone calls, manage conference room bookings, handle mail, greet visitors
  • Order stationery and keep inventory
  • Assist in various administrative tasks
  • Responsible for filing and binders
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of one (1) year of office and/or receptionist work experience
  • Excellent French language skills, both oral and written
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Initiative and resourcefulness
