LJT is pleased to announce the arrival of Mtre Pierre-Eloi Talbot who will join the Litigation and Conflict Resolution Department. Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2004, Mtre Talbot has a strong experience in civil and commercial litigation which will support the expanding litigation departement.
The injunction is an order of the Court that can be obtained for the purpose of compelling the other parties to respect their obligations under, for example, a shareholders’ agreement, a non-competition clause or an exclusivity clause.
