Andrée-Anne Jeansonne works in advertising, entertainment and intellectual property law. In her practice, she’s called on to advise advertisers and advertising agencies on the legal aspects of their advertising campaigns, especially in the pharmaceutical, food and banking industries. Among other things, she advises her clients on matters of intellectual property, competition law, consumer protection law and the specific issues surrounding advertising directed at children, the Charter of the French Language and the rules governing influence marketing.

She is often asked to draft advertising and entertainment contracts, especially spokesperson contracts, sponsorship contracts and contracts for influencer partnerships.

Andrée-Anne also works in litigation cases having to do with advertising.
