Andrée-Anne Jeansonne specializes in advertising, entertainment and intellectual property law. Within the course of her practice, she’s called upon to advise multinational and Canadian companies in the pharmaceutical, food and retail industries on the legal aspects of their advertising campaigns. Among other things, she advises clients on matters of intellectual property, competition law, consumer protection law and the specific issues surrounding advertising directed at children, the Charter of the French Language and the rules governing influence marketing. In addition, she is involved in various litigation cases regarding trademark and copyright infringement.
She also specializes in privacy matters and provides strategic advice to clients on issues related to compliance with Canadian privacy law requirements.
