Me Guylaine DeBlois practises in commercial and real estate law. Her areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, real estate transactions, and corporate reorganizations.

She advises mainly small and medium-sized businesses and her clientele particularly appreciates her for her thoroughness and her efficiency.

Me DeBlois is also involved in her community as volunteer for JA Québec where she promotes financial literacy and entrepreneurship to the youth.
