Nader Khalil is a senior lawyer with a master's in taxation who worked with a number of well-known firms before joining LJT Avocats’s taxation department in 2012.

In the course of his activities, Nader has prepared numerous taxation and legal opinions and helped set up more advantageous tax structures for his clients that include one more trusts. He often participates in negotiating commercial transactions and handles all the tax aspects involved. His clients, primarily entrepreneurs, SMEs and property owners, reap the benefits of his expertise to protect their assets and save appreciable amounts in taxes, on a yearly basis, at death, when a business is passed on to an owner’s children, in major transactions, when shares are sold and in other ways.
