Florence Lemire Jeune

Florence joined the firm in February 2025 as a member of the tax team. Her practice focuses on corporate reorganizations, business transfers, and estate planning. She has a keen interest in developing strategies that help implement her clients’ projects and meet their needs, all while optimizing their tax position. She carefully analyzes the interaction between various legal frameworks to ensure the implementation of tailored, effective solutions. Her main areas of interest include trusts and real estate taxation. Passionate about tax law, Florence enjoys breaking down and simplifying complex concepts to make them accessible to her clients. Before joining our team, she worked at a law firm and later at an accounting firm, where she developed her expertise in tax. She also served as a research assistant for the Research Chair in Taxation and Public Finance (CFFP).

Florence holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a J.D. in common law. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Taxation.
