Mtre Chloé Emirkanian-Bouchard holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Montréal. During her studies, she assisted a Professor conducting legal research on extra-contractual liability. She also participated in the University's legal clinic and volunteered at the Mobile Legal Clinic. She received the Robinson Sheppard Shapiro prize for excellence in insurance law (2018) and the Montreal Bar prize for excellence in civil law (2018).
Prior to her law degree, she obtained a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University. During her studies, she interned at Batshaw Youth and Family Centres and at the YWCA.
Recently admitted to the Quebec Bar, she joined the LJT team in 2020 after articling mainly in the field of litigation. Ms. Emirkanian-Bouchard will continue her practice while also working in commercial law.
