Jacques Huynh

Jacques Huynh joined LJT in 2025 as a member of the divided co-ownership law and real estate law team led by Me Yves Papineau.

He focuses his practice on civil litigation, divided co-ownership law, and real estate law. As part of his mandates, he is called upon to plead before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, and various administrative tribunals.

Before joining LJT, Jacques worked as an Arrangements and Exemptions Officer within the Compliance and Policy Directorate at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED). He then began his civil and commercial litigation practice at a boutique firm specializing in construction and real estate law, where he gained solid experience in construction defect matters.

Jacques holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Sherbrooke. During his studies, he was actively involved in his student community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Association générale étudiante de droit (AGED).
