Maria Zolotova

A member of the Québec Bar since 2020, Maria Zolotova has been a tax lawyer with LJT Avocats since 2023. Her practice is mainly focused on Canadian taxation and business law. She is called upon to intervene in cases of corporate reorganizations, personal and corporate tax plannings and wealth preservation. Before joining the firm, she practiced in the taxation department of a private firm in Laval.

During her studies, she was the recipient of the Dean's Prize in the Law Certificate program at Université de Montréal and was selected for a judicial internship. She also holds a master's degree in taxation from HEC Montréal since 2022.

Having attended educational institutions in Saint Petersbourg, London, Paris, Québec and Montréal, she is able to advise her clients in English, French and Russian.
