Sara Pazouki Mehr first joined the LJT Lawyers's team to complete her articling. She now practices in business law (commercial, corporate and tax), with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and the drafting of various agreements, with a clientele composed mainly of entrepreneurs and professionals in the health field.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) following her studies in North American Common Law. She also completed a training on "Environmental and Social Governance of Corporations - A European Approach" at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Aix-en-Provence, at Aix-Marseille Université, in France and holds a certificate in Chinese law from the China University of Political Science and Law, in Beijing.
