T. Phong Nicolas Truong

T. Phong Nicolas Truong joined LJT Avocats in February 2026 as part of the Fernet team, whose practice focuses on disciplinary and pharmaceutical law.

He holds an undergraduate doctorate in pharmacy and a bachelor's degree in law. He began his law studies in 2020 and was admitted to the Bar in July 2025.

His practice focuses primarily on professional and disciplinary law, as well as regulatory issues related to the practice of pharmacy and the activities of the pharmaceutical industry. He represents and advises pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in investigations, disciplinary hearings, and regulatory or commercial matters, including certain transactions specific to the sector.

Before joining LJT, T. Phong Nicolas began his legal career at a large law firm, where he practiced regulatory health law and intellectual property law. A pharmacist since 2018, he also practiced community pharmacy for several years before being called to the Bar, developing a practical understanding of how the industry works and the daily challenges faced by healthcare professionals. This dual training allows him to approach cases with rigor and pragmatism.

Outside of his practice, Mr. Truong is passionate about volleyball and has been playing music since childhood. He plays the
