Julien Ruchon practices in business law and intellectual property, specifically with technology companies.
A science and art enthusiast, he notably completed a master's degree in biology with a focus on law and bioethics, then worked for more than five years as in-house legal counsel for companies in the performing arts and digital entertainment sectors, before joining our technology team in 2022.
As part of his practice, he regularly assists companies of different sizes in their day-to-day activities, particularly in the completion of all types of transactions, namely development, distribution and licensing agreements.
