Me Philippe Gagnon-Marin obtained his bachelor's degree in law from Laval University in 2019. He completed his training at the École du Barreau in 2020 and joined the LJT Avocats team in 2021 after having completed his studies there. his internship in the litigation sector, in the Papineau team, specializing in real estate and divided co-ownership.
As part of his practice, Me Gagnon-Marin regularly represents and advises directors of co-ownership syndicates, property managers and co-owners in the context of civil litigation. He also assists his clients by drafting various legal documents, whether they be legal opinions, powers of attorney, resolutions or regulations.
Me Gagnon-Marin also contributed to the update of the 3rd edition of the Guide to the procedure and operation of co-owners' assemblies co-written by Me Christine Gagnon and Me Yves Papineau as well as to the book Condo administrator, everything that you should know from Me Papineau.
