Mtre Pascale Gouin works in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in areas involving civil liability, relations between shareholders and between franchisors and franchisees, real estate law, labour relations and dispute arbitration. She pleads before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Court of Appeal and the administrative courts. She also applies her expertise in preventive ways by drafting her clients’ employment contracts and commercial leases.
Mtre Gouin also specializes in family law and matrimonial cases where financial structures (trusts, limited partnerships, etc.) and partition of property can often seem complex, as in divorces and separations of de facto spouses. She is able to put all her commercial knowledge to work for her business and professional clientele.
A member of the Groupe de Droit collaboratif du Québec, she has been involved for over 15 years with the Canada Breakfast Club. She is also involved in the CHUM affilated Fondation Virage for cancer support.
