Frédérique Brunet joined the LJT team in 2018 after an internship in the litigation sector. With her degrees in law, business administration and accounting, Frédérique also did an internship with the Cyberjustice Laboratory, focusing on the use of technology in law. A strong believer in charitable actions, Frédérique volunteered from 2013 to 2017 with the organizations Fondation Fée and Fondation Fée Marraines, which assist disadvantaged women, girls and children in Quebec.

Due diligence process, including titles searches and securities affecting the real property
Identifying and assessing a real estate project’s opportunities and risks, and hidden defects, condominiums and commercial leases
Identifying the optimal structure and best vehicle to adopt when acquiring real estate projects
Preparing all the documentation required for acquiring, developing, building, financing or negotiating a real estate sale
