Élizabeth Gauthier

Élizabeth Gauthier joined LJT Lawyers team’s in January 2017 as an articling student and now works as a partner in the Litigation sector. She focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation and is involved in various fields, particularly real estate law, construction law, housing law, and labor law, as well as in shareholder disputes.

She regularly pleads before various judicial instances in Quebec and frequently acts in extraordinary proceedings such as injunctions and safeguard orders.

In her practice, she serves as a business advisor, providing legal and strategic support to her clients. She is involved in all stages of a case, acting both before litigation arises and through various dispute resolution approaches.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law from Université de Sherbrooke, she was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2017.
